| "The Alexander Inn was recommended to us by friends so we decided to try it during our visit to the city. We absolutely loved it! From the more than accomodating staff to the fabulous location, to the beautiful room and building, everything about it was perfect. The great room is the best place to start your morning with breakfast. The location was also perfect. We walked everywhere we went and the Inn was the best place to return to at the end of our day. We will definitely recommend your Inn to everyone we know coming to Philadelphia. Thank you so very much! " | |

| "To Manager & Staff at Alexander Inn: Thank you, thank you, thank you for a WONDERFUL stay at your hotel. Our room (Mary Poppins room) was spacious, very quiet, and everything was exeptionally clean. The hotel staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to address any questions we had regarding the area. My husband and I felt this was the perfect area to stay in, within walking distance to all modes of transportation, and felt very safe. Breakfast was great and just right for a kick start to the morning We definitely look forward to coming back to Philadelphia, and especially to stay at the Alexander Inn. | "John Cochie and staff I just want to thank you for a lovely stay at the Alexander Inn. My two daughters and I there on May 8th - May 11th. We drove up from Virginia so my daughter Kathy could attend a seminar at the Cancer Center and while she was there all day for two days, my daughter Cindy and I took advantage of the surrounding area. Cindy and her husband had stayed there about a year ago and that is why she chose the Alexander Inn for our visit in May. You are, without a doubt, wonderful hosts and show a courtesy to your guests that is rarely seen these days in other hotels. While I realize that other hotels are much larger and require a certain immunity to their paying guests, you have certainly given us the incentive to return to the Inn the next time we are in the area. Because of your hospitality, the lovely decor of the rooms and the comfort they afford, we will surely make an effort to visit Philly again in the near future. Thanks again, John and please give the other staff members, our thanks for a really great stay. Oh, we were also pleased with the lady who took care of our room and while I am sorry to say I have forgotten her name, she was also part of the delight of the Alexander Inn." | |

| "Just a quick note regarding our recent visit...couldn't have had a nicer stay. Wonderful staff, super location, reasonable prices. Really interesting guests, too. We own a small store of fine crafts and have simple rules: no plastic, no resin, no oriental mass produced. Hence... we really dislike the big boring chain outfits. How refreshing to stay at a friendly, original, unique hotel in a great neighborhood. Bravo!" | |

We most definitely will be back and would not consider anywhere else to stay. The Alexander Inn has a great location and a terrific staff. The room was lovely, quiet, comfortable and absolutely perfect in every way. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The Alexander Inn felt like our home away from home." | |

If you are visiting Philadelphia soon and are tired of staying in Hotels that treat you like just another reservation number then my advice is to try the Alexander Inn. You won't be disappointed. | "Everytime I travel into Philly my partner and I stay at the Alexander Inn. The staff is friendly and they remember your personal stories. We crave the fresh bagels and I personally love the location. I feel safe and at home when I stay there. When traveling from England you want to feel the ease and relaxation you get from this hotel. | "This was a first time stay at this hotel and I very much enjoyed the facility, the reasonable rates that don't fluctuate from day to day,the friendly staff and all the ammenities offered. I would return, or reccomend this to anyone wishing a center city location, with indoor discounted parking nearby. They have a great breakfast buffet and leave it out till !0:30 on weekdays. Free movie channels, comp e-mail computers and other things I did not get to use, like the fitness center. It was very clean and a felt very safe walking around at night. There were restaurants in every direction and they gave a list of different suggestions for each meal. Try it, you'll like it too! Miami Gal! " | |

I have stayed many places around the country, and never before have I been treated so kindly, by such a friendly staff. I very much appreciated your making recommendations of restaurants and then going beyond that to make dinner reservations for my business dinner at Portofino. I felt as though everyone at the Alexander Inn far exceeded my expectations during my stay. Being in the Funeral Industry, everything comes down to appearances…i.e., the body, the building, the automotive equipment, and the staff. You as employees of the Alexander Inn, made a great impression on me in regards to the appearances of the hotel and the staff. " | |
